Who we are
This site is operated by FDS Consortium (凤麟核), the developer of TopMC®. For anything in this notice, write to [email protected].
What the contact form collects
If you write to us through the form, we receive your name, email address, role and message, and — only if you fill them in — your organisation, country and phone number.
We use it to reply to you and, where you ask for one, to arrange a trial. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. Your submission also records the time it was sent, which we use together with an automated check to stop bulk spam.

Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you have given. Email [email protected] and we will respond. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Still to confirm
These points cannot be determined from the site itself and need filling in before this notice is relied on:
- The full legal entity name and registered address of the data controller.
- How long enquiry messages are kept before deletion.
- Whether an EU/UK representative has been appointed under GDPR Article 27, and the safeguards used for transferring enquiry data outside the EEA.
- The lawful basis relied on for replying to enquiries (consent, or legitimate interests).
